The Marjan Storme Online Store uses DPD for all shipments within Europe. We charge € 4 for the shipping of your purchase. We do not offer free standard shipping for we are a starting business.

Normally the time of standard delivery within Belgium is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) and 2-6 business days (Mon-Fri) for other countries in Europe (variable from country to country) after Marjan Storme has accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully traceable using DPD Tracking.

How to Exchange & Return Online?

The cost for the return is for the consumer. We want you to make a well considered decision before you place an order. Therefore we have size charts and are here to help you with any questions by phone or email.

To complete a safe and convenient return online, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Complete the Return form on the Marjan Storme online store.

  2. Complete the Return form, sent to you together with your parcel and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Choose your courier company and sent your parcel back to:

What are the return conditions?

  • You can return any items purchased at the Marjan Storme Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).

  • Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. In case you prefer to return your item, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

  • To exchange an item bought online, please return the item and place a new order online.

Refund Online

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
